The USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter proudly supports and promotes NAIOP's upcoming Sustainable Development Award program.

This annual honor bestowed by our sister organization recognizes a commercial real estate developer for an outstanding new construction or renovation project that incorporates sustainable solutions, resulting in an environmentally efficient and economically-successful property.

Nominations for the 2015 award are due May 15. Note that nominated companies must be a developer-member of NAIOP. Click here to learn more and access the nomination form.

NAIOP established the Sustainable Development Award in 2005 to acknowledge a member company that best exemplifies innovation, efficiency and quality in sustainable development. The award was developed in consultation with and support from the U.S. Green Building Council.
