Our 2nd Annual Energy Star Benchmarking Workshop

Attendees must bring the data worksheet and info plus a laptop

The LEED Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance Committee invites you to attend

Where: Tampa City Center

Bring your laptop and your building data (see attached building data worksheet) and we’ll help you benchmark your building on-site. Join Don Herrmann, Sandy Ballestra and Advait Mantri from the Chapters LEED EB:O&M Committee for an introduction to the EPA Portfolio Manager process, followed by one-on-one assistance in setting up your Portfolio Manger Account, inputting your building data into the system and seeing how your building rating compares to similar buildings.  By continuing to keep your data updated you will be able to observe how changes in operation, energy upgrades, equipment replacement, etc. impact your buildings energy use and carbon footprint.
The cost is $15 per person.
You will need to bring:
•    Wireless Laptop
•    Building Data (see attached worksheet)
