Please join us for our next educational event being held Thursday, June 23rd  from 5:30-7:30pm. We will tour and learn about the recently completed Palm Avenue Parking Garage in Downtown Sarasota. The six-story garage accommodates approximately 743 vehicle parking spaces, contains 12,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space on the ground level, and is projected to meet LEED Silver certification. The event is being held at the Parking Garage (1289 North Palm Avenue), and will be followed by a happy hour event to follow at Café Epicure. Appetizers will be provided, and a cash bar available. 

This event is being jointly sponsored by APA Florida Sun Coast Chapter, FPZA Gulfcoast Chapter, and USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter.  The event is free of charge.
