Thursday - August 25 -- Miami/Miramar
Learn how to apply the LEED BD+C rating systems, with LEED NC as the focus , by walking through the phases and key decision points of a typical project.

Throughout the day, LEED® Faculty engage you in discussions and interactive activities based on real LEED projects to enforce what you’ve learned. LEED 201: Core Concepts & Strategies is recommended prior to taking this course.

Ideal audience: Professionals (architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, developers, attorneys, etc.) already familiar with the core concepts of LEED but new to specifics of the BD+C rating systems or looking to brush up on them; individuals pursuing GBCI’s LEED AP BD+C credential; LEED APs wanting to earn CE hours for GBCI CMP.


Learning Objectives
  • Apply and facilitate the LEED process with stakeholders
  • ID key green decisions throughout the process of earning LEED certification
  • Apply LEED tools to a new construction or major renovation project
