What is Green Leasing?

TUESDAY, JANUARY 10th

The USGBC has been hard at work integrating sustainability practices into the entire commercial real estate process-which most recently has included the approach to leasing commercial space.  From the selection of buildings, to the development of green specifications, and finally to the negotiation of realistic and enforceable lease language, leasing is an important impact to the mission of the USGBC.

Hear from leading law firms negotiating this daily-for themselves and their clients. Hear about the trends in achieving sustainability in differing product types. And hear about the motivations behind a green leasing program, coupled with the branding benefits that result.

Speakers are:
Nicole Kibert, Carlton Fields
and
Lisa Gregory Gilleland, Holland & Knight
