LEED 258: MPR6 Performance Monitoring and BPP

Looking for tools for understanding how your building is performing? As part of the LEED 2009 Minimum Program Requirements, MPR6 requires all buildings registered under the LEED 2009 rating systems to track and share whole-building energy and water usage data for at least 5 years.  USGBC’s Building Performance Partnership (BPP) provides a pathway for meeting MPR6, while simultaneously providing LEED building owners and managers with critical data and analysis for optimizing building performance. This session will explore the challenges involved with performance tracking and provide you with tools and resources to overcome these obstacles. Join as we explore how involvement in BPP can help you achieve success in LEED and transform the way you approach building performance monitoring..

This session is approved for 1.5 hours of LEED Specific (BD+C, O+M) GBCI hours toward Project Systems and Energy Impacts as well as 1.5 AIA/CES LU/HSW/SD hours.
