CEUs: 7 hours

Learn the unique factors inherent in residential retrofit projects, including the business aspects; policies and incentives; and the professional and client role in scoping, designing, constructing and maintaining. Gain knowledge about implementing green strategies pertaining to site, foundation, building envelope, major residential systems and equipment, applicable renewable energies, space utilization, finished surfaces, furnishings and fittings. Engage with experienced REGREEN® Faculty and other participants in interactive activities using participants’ own case studies. Ideal audience: Design and construction professionals (architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, etc.) involved in implementing green remodeling strategies on residential retrofit projects and already familiar with basic building science and green building principles.
