Main presenter will be Sandra Adomatis (Adomatis Appraisal Service from Punta Gorda), with a talk describing developments in residential appraisal practice whereby green features are recognized as adding value to homes. Sandra plans to cover the following topics:
  • How is Green defined?
  • Six Elements of Green that are worth knowing
  • Is the market seeing Green?
  • Legislation that may change the way we buy and sell houses
  • “The Residential Green and Energy Efficient Addendum”
