CERT 200: LEED Certification: Why, How & Who

Why is LEED Certification important? LEED Certification is an investment of both time and money – but the benefits pay off. In this first of four, 90-minute webinars, we explore the reasons why LEED Certification is valuable, and introduce some tips and best practices project teams have employed to maximize that investment throughout the certification process. 
Session Objectives
  • Describe the value of LEED certification
  • Establish the right team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure quality LEED documentation
  • Explain the steps in the LEED review process
  • Clarify the differences in preliminary, final and appeal reviews and impact on a project
  • Relate tips and best practices to maximize your success in LEED Certification

This session will be registered for 1.5 hours of LEED Specific (BD+C, ID+C, O+M, ND) GBCI hours as well as 1.5 AIA/CES LU hours.
