PROGRAM/SPEAKER CHANGE

Even within the current fiscal environment, green thinking and green building is continuing to grow marketshare all over the world.  The presentation will focus on the use of Cost/Benefit Analysis drivers to help clients make better High Performance Green Building Decisions.  We will present a LEED NC Project analysis, LEED CI and LEED for Homes.  We will discuss how resource consumption and utility rate escalation impact decision making on projects.  We will share some examples of project analysis EcoScorecard Booth Paul.jpgmethodology and tools that have been very successful in getting projects started as opposed to having "green" value engineered out.
