JOIN US FOR THE GREEN APPLE DAY OF SERVICE

Green Apple Day of Service Muller Magnet Elementary School Global Garden Project:
The Emerging Professionals of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of the US Green Building Council are organizing a school garden project at Muller Elementary Magnet School as part of Green Apple Day of Service on September 28, 2013, and we are seeking business sponsors and volunteers to help ensure this event is a success.

The Green Apple initiative is powered by volunteers who participate in community-based efforts; promoted by media partners, like-minded NGOs and high-profile ambassadors; and funded by corporate partners who contribute a portion of proceeds or make a substantial sponsorship donation and receive the right to use the Green Apple mark to show their association with and support of the Green Apple initiative.

Through the collaboration of parents, students, teachers, local organizations, and volunteers our Green Apple service project will install a global garden at Muller Elementary Magnet School to give students an understanding of plant cycles and the environment, while instilling in them a deeper admiration and respect for nature.

We hope that you can partner with us to sponsor some of the materials and resources needed to make this event a success.  Please take a moment to look through this sponsorship packet to find out more details about the school garden project and what we can offer our sponsors in return for their support.
