Developing Communities Sustainably: Exploring LEED for Neighborhood Development

Mark your calendars to join the USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter's Tampa Bay Branch on April 9 for a comprehensive introduction to the USGBC LEED ND Rating System.

CNU Tampa Bay, the regional group of the Congress for the New Urbanism, will discuss its  important involvement in LEED ND's creation and its urban design principles upon which LEED ND is based -- as well as many other related topics.

Featured speakers from CNU Tampa Bay will be LEED ND and CNU-A accredited urban designers Erin Chantry and Vinod Kadu.   Additionally, local developer Frank Starkey (Longleaf Development, Pasco County), will discuss his perspective and experience of the LEED Rating System, as well as his thoughts on its role in future development.
